In consideration of the Fire Insurance policies on the work shop, sheds, materials &c held by you, and signed over to me by your Agent, Mr. Wm. Martin, I hereby Agree to become responsible for any damage by fire to your coaches and hacks now being stored, repaired or held for repairs until such time as said policies expire
