Dear Bro:-

I write to learn if you can tell me as to how that house and lot which Charley Wilkin lives on in the 20th Ward fell into the President's hands? From whom was it purchased? It is called the Thomas F. Thomas lot and you used to collect rent for it I understand, but it is apparently properly entered on our records, hence I wish you would write and let me know about it, so far as you have the information, at once.

We are having a considerable storm of sleet and rain. President Young is well and everything is about right
