Dear Bro:

Your note to President Young with forty dollars currency is received; for which please find enclosed draft No 1997 on A. Carrington Esq. 42 Islington, Liverpool, England, for Five Pounds, fourteen shillings and three pence Sterling. (£5.14.3).

As we invariably make our drafts payable to the order of the party who sends the money; it will be necessary for you to sign your name under the endorsement which I have written on the back of the draft, then forward the draft to the person's address in Switzerland and the money will be paid to him on presentation

Very respectfully
Your Bro in the Gospel

James Jack
