Dear Sir:-

On January 31 last, Mr Gosseline rendered an Acct. against B. Young, for supplies had at Brigham City amounting to $3100.58, but there appears to be one item charged twice, and some other irregularities, as is also the case with his Echo acct for February, which was not accompanied with the subcontractors vouchers, or receipts, neither was B Young's written orders given for any supplies at Echo had in February. If you come to the city I would like to let you see those accounts. The error in the Brigham City acct shd be rectified, and the vouchers should be had for the supplies at Echo had in February, so that the subcontractors can be charged up properly and those charges substantiated.

Moreover thro' the Brigham City depot acct. not being apparently correct, I have not given due credit to the U P R R Co in the Accts which was taken to Boston and which was paid or rather settled by notes and otherwise, and in a final adjustment of the Merchandise Acct. B Young is to be debited with the correct charges for supplies at Brigham City, as I understand the case. Let me hear from you if convenient.

Yours truly
T. W. Ellerbeck.
