Dear Bro:-

Your letter to Elder Geo. Q. Cannon of the 18th ult with forty dollars currency is received, for which, please find enclosed, draft No 2000, on A. Carrington Esq., 42 Islington, Liverpool, England, for Five Pounds fourteen shillings & three pence terling.

As we invariably make our drafts payable to the order of the person who sends the money, you will please sign your name under the endorsement which I have written on the back of the draft, then forward the draft to England, when it will be paid on presentation.
