Mr. Nicholls,
Agent U. P. R. R.
Uintah.

Dear Sir:-

Under date of the 4th inst. I received a communication from Mr. Colton stating that he had instructed the Company's Agent at Uintah to furnish tickets to Omaha for our people in parties of 30 or more at the rate of $30.75 each;

In accordance therewith I enclose you the names of 50 persons who intend starting on the 25th inst.
from Uintah to Omaha. Another party numbering about the same intend starting on the 1st Nov. & still another on the 20th Nov.

We would be pleased to learn whether you have received such instructions from Mr. Colton, so as to assure the parties in question that they will meet with no disappointment; also, whether you are
instructed to couple to an express train, & in what class of cars.

Others, whose names are not on the list, may apply for tickets, and, if they legitimately belong, some of the party will be able to identify them.

Yours with respect

Brigham Young
