By instruction of Prest. B. Young I send you herewith a list of Passengers to Omaha to start on the 1st. Nov.

It is complete so far as application has been made to this Office; there may be other parties from the Country who have failed to get their names registered & you will have to use your own judgement with regard to them. All who are Missionaries are provided with printed Certificates.

Should any other applications be made between this & Sunday I will forward their names by one of the party.
