Dear Sir:-

Yours of the 13th Sept. was inadvertently laid aside, but this morning it was brought to light. I write now in reply.

Prest. Young is from home, on a tour through the Settlements, but I will say that if you forward $1.50 (price of the Book of Mormon) he will mail you a copy.

About 200 of our Missionaries are visiting the States this fall & winter, if therefore, you wish any information respecting the Gospel, I would suggest that you make accquaintance of some of them, who will doubtless visit your section, & will cheerfully answer what you may wish to know.
