Majors & Son, or order, Twenty eight thousand four hundred and sixty eight 50/100 $ upon surrender of the U. C. R. R. Company's Note. due on or before February 15. 1870 for same amount and charge U. C. R. R. Co.

Majors & Son or order, Twenty eight thousand four hundred and sixty eight 50/100 dollars, negotiable and payable at the Banking House of Hooper, Eldredge & Co. in Salt Lake City, Utah Territory, without defalcation, or discount, with ten per cent. interest per annum, after maturity, until paid.
