Dear Bro:-

Your letter was received here when the Prest. was south and I laid it aside thinking you would see him personally. I find however that you did not speak with him.

It is impossible for him to assist you this season as it requires money to pay the passage & he has not got
it. The U. P. R. R. not paying up in money pushes him very close to meet his obligations with sub contractors.
