Your letter of the 10th inst concerning       work done by some of the    U. P. R. R. was received.

I would have you enclose the names of     to the P. E. Fund, the amount in on that account. & the names of the sub-contractors you worked for. You will observe that without the names of the Sub-contractors, I cannot tell whether we owe you, neither can without an order from the sub-contractor.
