The bearer of this Mrs. Sarah Hutchinson is desirous of obtaining a Bill of Divorce from her husband -she says she has not heard from him for over one year & it appears to me proper, under the circumstances as she describes them, that she should have her request.

I therefore request you to attend to this, & let her have a Bill.
