I enclose the following U.C.R.R. deeds for signatures & acknowledgments viz. Wm Howard Jun. Jesse Perkins Abel Alexander & Ephraim Hatch Please ask the 3 first to sign immediately & as soon as Bro. Hatch returns ask him to sign his. Tell the brethren that refusing to sign the deeds till certain improvements are made will not in the least hasten them. The Co will no doubt make all necessary repairs & improvements as fast as they can get at them.

When the deeds are signed please return them to me
