July 8th. 1870.

Judge George Peacock,
Manit, San pete Co.,

Dear Brother:

Your kind favor of the 3rd inst. is received. for which accept thanks.

President Young has business with the Estate of Isaac Morley which can only be done through an administrator legally appointed. And he would be pleased if you would appoint Isaac Morley of Moroni, and have him take out the necessary papers to act as such. Bro. Musser will be coming south in about a week, and will attend to the business, if the necessary papers can be made out by that time.

Very respectfully
Your Brother in the Gospel

James Jack Clk
