Dear Sister:
President Young is absent from home. President Smith who has charge during his absence directed me to write you, and advise you to write the facts to Judge Jacob G. Bigler, asking him to hold the matter under advisement. Should there not be time to get a letter to Judge Bigler, asking him to hold the matter under advisement. Should there not be time to get a letter to Judge Bigler before next Monday, if you deem it of sufficient importance it would be well to telegraph to the Judge, saying you had written to him, and asking him to defer action in the case, until he had perused your communication. I enclose the legal papers forwarded in your letter.

Your Brother in the Gospel
Geo. Reynolds
Clerk to Prest Young
