Dear Bro:
It is expected, most likely that the present Judge May so far respect the laws of Utah to order that a drawing be made upon the several jury boxes of the counties in the District for grand and pettit jurors. If this should be the case it is my earnest wish and request that you see the parties immediately whose names are drawn and impress them with the importance of attending punctually to the call. A strict attention to this may save much trouble and needless expense to the Territory as well as to individuals.

We should be thankful that we have a country to govern and be ready to serve as Jurors, or in any other lawful capacity to sustain the right. If the county court has not filled the Jury Boxes according to the statute, it would be well to have it attended to immediately.

Your Brother in the Gospel.
