Dear Sir.

In reply to your note of 13th ult. to Prest. Young, who at this time is absent from home permit me to say that those who with faith in God our Heavenly Father, and in His Son our Savior, and with sincere repentance for past sins seek an entrance by baptism into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are esteemed worthy of the fellowship of the Church, and may for ever remain so, if they will continue, by a life of devotion and good works to manifest their desires and determination to keep the laws of the Lord.

I send you by mail, a pamphlett illustrative of our faith and history Praying God to bless you in your search after truth. I remain, yours sincerely

Geo. Reynolds
Clerk to Prest B. Young
