Dear Sir,
Yours of the 20th. ult. has been received. A former letter on the same subject was also received, and handed to one of our lawyers who reports this morning, that, not believing anything could be done in the premises, he mislaid the letter and had since forgotten it.

Prest. Young is not sufficiently accquainted with Dr Taggart's circumstances and can only refer you to names to lawyers here.

The name of the lawyer referred to is not included here. Messrs. Robinson & Maxwell; Hempstead & Kirkpatrick; S.A. Mann; N.R. Baskin; A. Miner; Snow & Hoge; and Marshall and Carter.

Yours with respect,
D. McKenzie,
Sec. Prest. B. Young.
