Dear Bro:-Enclosed please find 2 Forms of Divorce one form for Levi Minnerly; the other for John Deacon, you can use the other for Bro. Bentlers if it is required.

I have received a letter from John Stoddard of Wellsville in behalf of Sister Yates of Middleton, England, who with her two daughters, he wishes to assist in immigrating this season, he agrees to pay one hundred dollars between now and the time of immigration, and fifty dollars (between now and the time of immigration) annually or more if necessary until the whole amount is paid. I am not accquainted with Bro. John Stoddard, and would prefer that the transaction be done through you. We are now making a call for the brethren to donate for the P.E. Fund and wish you to thoroughly agitate the matter in Cache Valley and collect all you can. Bro. Stoddard's case can then have your attention. We would like to have you inquire into the matter and take such action therein as you think proper.

Bro. Isaiah Huntsman also writes me that his daughter who was married some 3 years ago to Bro. John H. Bankhead and since divorced, is with her child, residing at her father's and that he is not able to support her. He states that he had the case before the teachers but they decided that she should not have anything. Inquire how this is and act accordingly.

Everything appears to be moving about right, of course we have plenty of opposition, but through the kindness & providence of the Almighty, it seems to accomplish no injury. Kind regards to all.
