W.B. Hibbard, Esq.
Supt. West. Union Tel. Co. Omaha.

Dear Sir,
Your favor of the 13th inst. with complimentary stamps came duly to hand, which I would have acknowledged sooner, but deferred in order to ascertain whether any objections had ever been made to your repairers passing over the U.C.R.R. while on telegraph business. So far as I can learn from the Supt. of the road, and from every other person of whom I have enquired, they have not, and the understanding is, that all such accomodations are reciprocal, and should be strictly confined to business.

Thanking you for your kindness, I am Yours with respect
Brigham Young
