Two years after the date I promise to pay to the order of the Union Pacific Rail Road Company at its office in Boston. Mass. Twentyfive Thousand Dollars for value received, with interest from date, payable semi-annually at rate of nine (9) per cent per annum, having deposited in hands of Treasurer thirty eight (38) Utah Central Rail Road Bonds as collateral which are to be returned upon payment of this note
