We have been considering a little with regard to Bro. Timothy B. Foote's case now before the Probate Court, and think it would be advisable to withdraw it from the Court and let it be decided by referees. chosen by each party. This course will probably give as much satisfaction, and will avoid an appeal to the District Court.
