Dear Bro.-

I sent you $100. Cash some time since, and I have paid $100. to the Deseret Telegraph this morning for you, making $200. that you have received from me on account of your stock in the Utah Central R. R. Co. In order to get that amount of the aforesaid Stock transferred to my name from yours, it will be necessary for you to send me a written order on the Company to that effect, which I shall be pleased to receive.
