Dear Sir,

Your communication to Prest. Young was received by him just previous to his starting a lengthy trip from which he will not return till towards the end of this month.

He could not fail to appreciate the honor conferred upon him, but in the hurry of the moment it was not possible for him to write the "letter of acceptance and, I am of the opinion he was not sufficiently conversant with the Institution itself. If you will be pleased to send us something that will serve to represent the "Zwinglian Lite. Society" as it really is,

I will take great pleasure in bringing the subject to the President's notice the very earliest opportunity.
