Mrs. Catherine Salisbury.
Fountain Green, Hancock Co. Ill.

Dear Sister, Your letter to me of the 4th inst arrived here while I was absent from home on a tour through some of our northern Settlements, but, after my return it was brought to my notice.

Bro. Dusenbury wrote to me after he called upon you describing his visit &c. with which we were much interested. Prest. George A. Smith heard your letter read, and desires to be remembered.

With regard to the $200.00 more you allude to, I will send it just as soon as I can get a sure means of conveyance, but I am not disposed either to trust it by letter or draft.

As soon as I find opportunity to send I will let you know. May peace be with you.

Your Bro. in the Gospel
