Dear Sir:-

Prest. Brigham Young shewed me your letter to him of the 11th ult. with reference to the first instalment of six months interest on $200.00 being made payable on the 29th Oct,1871, at the Company's office in Boston.

I would like to inquire whether it will be equally satisfactory to your parties, if this payment be made to Mr. Sickles, or some of your agents, whom you may authorize at Ogden.
