Bishop David Evans.
Lehi City.

Dear Bro:

On the 15th May last, my Secretary (wrote) to you a letter stating that "on the 14th October last a form of (divorce) was sent to you to procure the signature of Bro. James P. Park, who is under the direction of Elder Carson, from which no answer appears to have been received, and the woman is extremely anxious to have the bill." It appears no answer was received to this letter either, and as the woman in question is still importuning me for the bill. I wish you to procure Bro Park's signature to it forthwith, or disfellowship him from Church.

Your Bro. in the Gospel
