Dear Bro:-

I have herewith sent a blank deed of the strip of land on my Forrest Farm, for you to sign, have witnessed, and acknowledge, as the one you sent to me is not signed with your full name, so as to agree with your full name in the body of the deed &c. The County Court has also decided it to be proper for half of the street on each side of the adjoining lots to be duly deeded to the owners of the lots; hence I have included my half of the street in the deed I have sent for you to sign. I have consented to this general arrangement & make my deeds accordingly when I give deeds. Hoping it will be satisfactory for you to sign &c. and return to me complete without delay, as others are pressing me for deeds of the same land, I remain,

Truly your brother in the Gospel,
Brigham Young
