Dear Sir,

Yours of the 28th ult. to Prest. Brigham Young was duly received.

He instructed me to acknowledge the rect. of your letter & to give you the names of some of our stock dealers so that you might be able, either to correspond with them, or visit them personally in the event of your bringing cattle to this market; but the Prest. does not deal in cattle himself.

There are 3 parties to whom I can refer you. Mr. Wm. Rydalsh, Grantsville, Tooele Co. U. T. Mr. John Pack, S. L. City, S. L. Co. Ut. T. Mr. Wm Jennings S. L. City, S. L. Co. U. T.
