The Prest. is not in this class of business. The previous circulars you sent I shewed to some of our most prominent contractors & lumbermen but failed to make any impressions on them with regard to it. If the matter is of sufficient importance it might be advisable for you to give it your personal attention, as fencing is in great demand here and labor scarce and high at the present time.
