Dear Bro:-- Bro. Wells wanted me to write to you about one George L. Turner who done some work for the Church in 1850, and failed to do as he agreed, & went off. He has returned and brought suit for Three Thousand Dollars, and bro Wells has forgotten the particulars, and wants you to let him know if you can remember all about those particulars-- if you are coming in, soon, you need not write, but please acknowledge receipt hereof, and let me know if you will be in; if not, let us have all you can remember by letter, and oblige,

Your brother in the Gospel,
T. W. Ellerbeck.
Clerk.
