Bp. Jno Rowberry
Tooele.

Dear Bro:-When Rydalch & Co. bought that lot of Woollen Machinery, they received from President B. Young a bill of sale of said Machinery, to which were also attached bills marked 1.2.3.4.5.6.7. I would like to get the bill of sale of said Machinery back to look at, as it will help me to make out new papers if necessary. Bro. Rydalch brought me the deed to the Mill back also a copy of their mortgage to B Young on the Mill & all the Woollen Machinery, but not the President's bill of sale of said Machinery, which I would like to get back if possible, so that the papers may be all together.

Your brother in the Gospel
T. W. Ellerbeck.
