Dear Bro:-

Yours of Dec. 18 to Bro. D. McKenzie with reference to your former letter to me asking permission to use the tithings or a part thereof collected in your branch was yesterday placed in my hands.

I am perfectly willing you should use the labor tithing for one year, for the completion of your school & Meeting house.

The amount of tithing used should be reported to this office.
