Yours of the 15th inst. has been recd. We are perfectly willing that you use the labor tithing due in your settlement up to this date for the building of your meeting house. The account thereof should be strictly kept, and reported to this office.

As you are greatly in need of this place of worship, we trust the saints in Alpine will exercise due diligence in prosecuting the work; and that you may be greatly blessed therein, and in every righteous undertaking, is the prayer of
