Dear Bro

Bp Willis of Toker is behind some $2200 in his tithing matters. This deficit has been accumulating for a numbers of years.

The Prest. directs that he be credited up for services in receiving & disbursing tithing for the years thus engaged. to cover said deficit.

Again, a deficit of some $1500 is found in Bp Lunt's a/cs, this the Prest. also directs shall be cancelled by a similar entry. These arrears of Bp Lunt's are the annual accumulations of some 13 years. I trust that these Bps so kindly favored by the President & now that they have their material improvements made will try to subordinate their own wants so far as hereafter drawing from the Tithing Offices is concerned & divert every possible dollar to the completion of the St George Temple & Meeting House.

I have mailed copies of this communication to Bps W & L With love.

Your bro in the Gospel
A. Milton Musser
