Dear Bro:
Yours of the 12th inst. was received yesterday and your 2 previous communications received on the 15th inst. are also before me.

We are willing the labor tithing be used for the erection of your Tithing house, the grain tithing for the erection of school & meeting houses, for this season.

With regard to Bro. Morrison, we will consider the matter for the present, and consult with Prest. Hyde. There is nothing in our letter to Bro. Morrison giving him any authority to preside; what Bro. Hyde may have said or done in the premises we do not know until we learn from him.

You will find enclosed a blank form of divorce sent as requested for Sis. Olsen, when properly signed, witnessed and paid for, give him the duplicate, her the triplicate, and return the original to this Office.
May peace & prosperity attend your labors for the welfare of the people and may the saints continue to be blessed in every good work.

Your Bro. in the Gospel
Brigham Young
