Sir.

I. Charges and specifications having been filed against you for non compliance of certain orders to you directed.

You are hereby suspended from the Command in your distirct, and will consider yourself under arrest, to await the decition of a General Cour Martial; the time and place of whose meeting and sitting, as well as a copy of the charges and specifications, you will be duly furnished.

II. Captain Wm. M. Wall, is hereby directed to take the Command of Provo Military District until further Orders.
