Bishop Abrah Hatch,
Heber City. Wasatch Co.

Dear Bro:-

Yours of the 8th inst., being an application for the privilege of using "the labor tithing, potatoes, hay, lumber, and the back tithing due from different persons to the building of your hall and meeting house in Heber City," has been received and considered.

We are perfectly willing that you use one year's tithing of those articles mentioned for the purpose specified, and all the back tithing now due, excepting cash & stock, for which, as there is at the present time so great a demand, we trust you will see the necessity of collecting what you possible can.

That you may be prospered in the building of your Meeting house, and in every good work for the welfare of Israel, is the prayer of your brethren in the Gospel.
