Dear Sir,

Yours of the 1st inst. in answer to mine inquiring the price of bees was duly received for which I tender you my thanks.

We are in receipt of an offer of pure Italian Bees at $10.00 from a party who will deliver them here personally so we will not require yours.

We sympathize with you in the loss of your son, as also in the condition of Aunt Diana. My brother Phineas is now living at Kamas, Summit Co. about 50 miles from here.

His son Brigham H. sometimes calls on me. I believe they are both well at present.

Yours with respect
Brigham Young
