Dear Sister,

Yours to Prest. B. Young was duly received and read to him. He instructed me to write to you and thank you for your good feelings expressed towards himself and the people.

With regard to your going through the House, that is your privilege any time your bishop sees fit to notify you and give you a recommend. This is a matter in which the Prest. does not interfere generally. as Prest. D. H. Wells has the management of the affairs of the House.
