Dear Sir, I have seven thousand six hundred and thirty one (7631) shares of the Utah Central Railroad Company's capital Stock representing seven hundred and sixty three thousand one hundred ($763.100 00/100) dollars, upon which I wish to effect a loan of fifty per cent. of its par value for from two to five years at a reasonably low rate of interest.

Bishop John Sharp is authorized to negotiate this loan.
