Please get her signature and have it witnessed and return to this office, or better still, forward it to his Bishop as I do not know Bro. Staples' address, with instructions to the Bishop to see that it is signed and witnessed, and as it is already paid for, let him send the triplicate to you retain the duplicate for Bro Staples and return the original to this office
