I intended to hand you the enclosed papers, when you were in this City last but you were gone before I had the opportunity.

The Prest. has no objection to your getting up a subscription to send this sister back, but he, as an individual, has no authority to give counsel in that direction. To use his own words, "My calling is to gather saints, I have received no revelation to scatter them."
