Yours to the Prest. was received while he was absent at Provo. I place it, agreeable to your request in the hands of Bishop John Sharp who is Gen. Supt. of the U.C. Railroad, and will also call the attention of John W. Young to it when he returns from Cache, which will doubtless be soon. Bro. Sharp knows of no vacancy now, and I think it would be advisable for you to see, or write to Bishop Nathan Davis, master mechanic of the U.C. as it is more directly his business to take on hands than either Prest. Young or Bishop Sharp.
