Mr. Walter C. Wilkinson
Buckingham Co. Va.

Dear Sir,

Yours to Prest. B. Young dated 30th April, recently came to hand.

So many letters of the description of yours are constantly received here, that I have been instructed to answer them almost uniformly, stating the fact just as they are, thus:-- There are thousands of our people, scattered through the U.S. England, the European Continent & elsewhere, many of whom have been faithful members of the Church of periods extending to over 25 years, who are too poor to emigrate themselves, and it is to those that our assistance is given, just as fast as we can get the means to help them

Thanking you for your well wishes

I remain, very respectfully
D. McKenzie
Sec. Prest. B. Young
