Yours of the 21st. ult. was received. We have but one authorized emigration agent of the Church in the U.S. and we find one sufficient for every purpose. Elder Wm. C. Staines is now operating in that capacity. If you wish to assist in sending on parties from your section it may be well for you to correspond with him, and if he sees proper, he can appoint you his assistant. His address is P.O.
