To all who may choose,

I hereby state that you have full liberty, to go and strengthen up the settlements in Sanpete Valley.

Should any wish to move into that Valley directly, with a view to locate at the Allred Settlement, they may move their families into the Log Fort there, until the place is properly fortified.

The length of walls, or space enclosed is left to the choice of the Settlers, but the walls must be built of stone or adobies, or both; must not be less than 10 feet high, nor less than 3 feet thick at the bottom, nor less than 18 Inches wide at the Top.
