Mrs. Katharine Salisbury.

Dear Sister, Yours of the 4th inst. is received. I did not send you the $200.00
because it slipped our mind at the time the elders were sent out. I send you by this mail 3 post office orders, Nos. 1214. No. 10215. and 10216, each for $50.00 and I will send you another order for $50.00 to-morrow. They are payable at Carthage, which is the nearest post office to your place where they do this money order business.

Prest. George A. Smith has gone to Philadelphia, his business was to attend the Republican convention there, I expect he will soon return. He wrote from Philadelphia on the 2nd. His health was good and he stood the trip admirably.

My health continues excellent for which I feel very thankful, as I have a great amount of business to attend to. May peace be with you.
