Yours to Prest. Young of the 20th ult. was duly received.

The enclosed $5.00 was placed in the hands of Mr. George Q. Cannon, Editor of the "Deseret News" who will mail you a copy of the paper weekly.

The Prest. is unwell, and has been confined to his room for one week, but he instructed me to write to you and acknowledge the receipt of your letter.
