The bearer of this wishes to purchase the 20 inch turbine wheel at the factory. I am instructed by the Prest. to write to you (as he is still unwell) that the wheel in question is of no use for the Provo Factory, and that you are at liberty to sell it to Mr. Rench, at its just value, if in your judgment it will be proper to do so.

He leaves it entirely in your hands.
